FARAYA VISTA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms are applicable to all Contracts of any kind made by Faraya Vista (“Faraya Vista”) and its guests (“Guests”) and apply to all reservations, bookings and agreements for accommodation, dining, and use of all services at Faraya Vista.

Clients are invited to read these provisions and note their responsibilities, arrangements for payments, cancellation terms and limitations on the liability of Faraya Vista. 

DEFINITIONS
  • “Faraya Vista,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Faraya Vista, its owners, and its affiliates.
  • “Guest,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual accessing our website or making a booking with us.
  • “Services” refers to any accommodation bookings, rentals, or related services offered by Faraya Vista.
  • “Prepayment” refers to the advance payment made by the guest at the time of booking to secure a reservation.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our website or booking accommodations, you confirm that you:
  1. Are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
  2. Understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Will comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
USE OF WEBSITE
  • You may only use our website for lawful purposes related to booking or learning about our accommodations.
  • You agree not to:
    • Provide false, misleading, or incomplete booking information.
    • Interfere with the functionality or security of the website.
    • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or other users’ data.

BOOKINGS AND PREPAYMENTS
  • Reservations are confirmed only after the required prepayment has been made.
  • Prepayment terms, amounts, and due dates are stated during the booking process.
  • Failure to make the required prepayment may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
  • All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • By booking with Faraya Vista, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in that policy.
  • Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Guests are expected to treat Faraya Vista property with care and respect.
  • Any damage to property, furniture, or equipment caused by the guest may result in additional charges.
  • Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
PAYMENT TERMS
  • All rates are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept the payment methods listed on our website.
  • Guests are responsible for any additional charges incurred during their stay (e.g., damages, extended stays).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • Faraya Vista is not liable for:
  • Loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
  • Injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during your stay, except where caused by our gross negligence.
  • Interruptions in services beyond our control (power outages, internet disruptions, force majeure events).
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
  • Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By using our website, you consent to the use of your personal information as described therein.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  • All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Faraya Vista.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written consent.
