FARAYA VISTA REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Faraya Vista, we value our guests and understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for bookings made directly with us.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full Refund of Prepayment: Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the prepayment.

• Partial Refund of Prepayment: Cancellations made within 3–6 days of check-in will be refunded 50% of the prepayment.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in, no-shows, or early departures will be charged the full prepayment amount.

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

• Some special rates, discounts, or promotional offers are non-refundable.

• This will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

REFUND PROCESS

• All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at booking.

• Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS

• Date changes or modifications are subject to availability and may be subject to rate adjustments.

• If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, war, or events beyond our control), Faraya Vista reserves the right to issue credits or vouchers instead of refunds.

• Such exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
